Your order is our priority. We strive to dispatch your products within 48 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 4-5 business days, ensuring you receive your purchases promptly.

Urgent Deliveries:
Need your order in a hurry? No worries! Just drop us a message on WhatsApp or shoot us an email, and we'll do our utmost to accommodate your urgent requests. For our customers in Lonavala, we even offer one-day deliveries at actual charges for those last-minute needs.

Please choose your pieces carefully, as we do not offer refunds on purchases for change of mind.

If your items arrive broken or faulty please record a brief video during unboxing, particularly if the packaging appears damaged and send us on Karihome.yk@gmail.com within 2days of receipt to arrange a replacement piece or a refund.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

It takes 5-7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount to your respective bank account.
